brucellosis and leptospirosis are both zoonotic means they are transmitted from animal to human. leptospirosis is transmitted through the animal urine especially dogs, rodent and farm animals by a bacteria called leptospira interrogans .brucellosis is transmitted by consuming low cooked animal products like milk ,meat. malaria is a vector born disease which Is transmitted through the bite a female mosquito which is carrying plasmodium falciparum.
Leptospirosis is more often found in warm climates. And although the bacteria live all over the world, it's especially common in Australia, Africa, Southeast Asia, Central and South America, and the Caribbean which is the same as brucellosis.
Malaria is also found often in central and south America,middle east,sub-Saharan Africa and Asia .
Careful diagnosis is required because all of those diseases can have symptoms like fever ,headache, muscle ache, vomiting ,diarrhea and sometimes jaundice
Except for malaria where people at is everyone from the vulnerable country mentioned above, brucellosis and leptospirosis has the same risk group of people which is the farmers,veternarians, slaughter house workers.
